Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scots Cashmere. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method: tracked delivery.
Shipment cost will be stated at check out. It is free within the United Kingdom.
Overnight delivery is not available.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Scots cashmere is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Scots Cashmere is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for purchasing our products at Scots Cashmere.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be UNUSED. Unless the product is faulty we do not accept the return of used items.

Please note that your shipping costs to return your item(s) are not covered by Scots Cashmere so we advise you to use your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office or use a trackable service as we will not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit.
Please allow three working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
If it is an international return, please clearly label the package “returned British Goods” for customs purposes as the company will not pay import duty on returned goods.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
